Artist statement

I enjoy the edge of uncertainty and experimentation. Feeling the earth between my fingers tells a story and creates a calming experience. While centering, it allows me the time to explore the possibilities and the destiny of each slab of clay. My process includes relaxing, creating and most of all, having fun. The anticipation of a finished vessel is exciting...it’s the great reveal of my creativity.
